Case: A team of Indian NGOs working in the domain of public safety & awareness wanted to track a social cause with attached dynamics. Aim was to generate awareness among all stakeholders including government, media, public, experts & policy makers about the social issue thereby effecting policy change and further the cause through the information gathered.
Research objective: To monitor, capture and report developments related to the subject on periodic basis; build, maintain and archive a structured knowledge document which could be referred for future use at a very affordable cost
